Volunteer for Victory Volunteer

From serving meals and teaching classes to getting your hands in the dirt at our urban farm, each of the thousands of volunteers who give their time and energy play an important role in supporting our mission.

While COVID-19 has brought many changes to our volunteer program, we are excited to still be able to offer in-person activities for individuals and small groups, as well as ways to make a difference remotely. Volunteering is for everyone, regardless of experience or ability, and, with our abundance of volunteer opportunities, we believe you’ll be able to find the right opportunity for you.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

The safety of our community is of vital importance to Victory Programs. This is why we have developed the following protocols to help keep each other safe during this time:

      • Prior to the start of your first shift, you must complete a waiver and provide proof of vaccination.
      • Complete a COVID-19 Screening form upon arriving onsite for every volunteer shift. This will ensure you will be authorized to be on-site.
      • Face coverings are required to volunteer. If you do not have a face covering, one will be provided to you. Exception for ReVision Urban Farm volunteers: Face coverings are not required when outside or in the greenhouse. Farm volunteers are only required to wear face coverings when indoors i.e. office, bathroom, etc.
      • Practice good hand hygiene by washing your hands with soap and water or using alcohol hand sanitizer before, during, and after your volunteer shift.
      • If you or someone in your household is unwell, please keep everyone safe and stay home.

Help Out at ReVision Urban Farm

Our ReVision Urban Farm grows produce for our programs and the community at large. Farm volunteers typically help with planting, harvesting, and field prepping, but their work can vary a bit thanks to our unpredictable New England weather!

A background check is required for all of our adult farm volunteers. It is important to note that this will not necessarily impact your ability to volunteer.

Build Harm Reduction Kits for the Mobile Prevention Team

Kit building shifts are on Mondays 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM, and Wednesdays and Fridays 10 AM – 12 PM.
