Sarah Porter became Victory Programs’ Executive Director in December 2019. She initially joined the agency in 2013 as Director of Programs and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2015 before stepping into the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer in 2018.

Before joining Victory Programs, Sarah held leadership roles with various organizations in California and Massachusetts with services for children, families, neighborhoods, and communities including positions at Larkin Street Youth Services, Hamilton Family Center, Cambridge Family and Children’s Services, and Kaya Children International.
