Our Services

We offer a judgment-free and sex-positive environment to provide serum (blood) testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis as well as urine and site-specific extra-genital testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea for individuals at increased risk for infection.

According to the CDC, this includes gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men, persons who use drugs, members of the transgender and gender-nonconforming community, and individuals who engage in sex work.

      • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently offering testing by appointment only.
      • As required by the Department of Public Health, we will request your insurance information to run the test. If you do not have insurance, we can help get you connected. We will not turn anyone away if insurance is a barrier to testing.
      • Please remember to hydrate prior to coming in.
      • Test results generally take about one week to get back to us. If any results come back positive, our team can support you in accessing the appropriate care.

To make an appointment, email us at or call 617-927-0836 and leave us a voicemail. You can also text us at 617-519-6355.

Our team is here to help you keep yourself as healthy as possible. If you have questions related to safe substance use or sex, we can help you develop the plan that works best for you. We also provide the following, free of charge:

      • Naloxone (Narcan) Rescue Kits
      • Sterile Syringes in a variety of sizes and gauges
      • Condoms and Lube
      • Safer Injection Kits
      • Safer Smoking Kits

No appointment necessary. Drop-in at 29 Stanhope Street Boston, MA | Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 3:30 PM.

Our team of community health workers can also provide referral support and navigation to Primary Care, Mental Health Care, STI treatment, and more. Our designated PrEP navigator can get you connected to PrEP, often at no cost to you through enrollment in the PrEP Drug Assistance Program.

If you are transgender, agender, non-binary, or otherwise gender nonconforming our peer Transgender Wellness Project staff can support you. We provide services ranging from linkage to gender-affirming health care, monthly peer support groups, support around accessing hormone syringes, linkage to mental health services, and more.
