Victory Programs has a long history of advocating for the needs of the people we serve. We have been at the forefront of efforts to address issues around substance use disorder and other behavioral health treatment, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C and at the core of this work, housing and homelessness.

Victory Programs is committed to the creation of responsible funding levels and public policy initiatives aimed at ending homelessness and addressing many of the root causes for homelessness.
