Referral Resources

LARC 4Victory Programs is proud to stand behind the legacy of our red door, maintaining our reputation as “the place that welcomes everyone. We encourage hospitals, health clinics and other partner agencies to refer individuals who are struggling with drug and/or alcohol addiction or those managing an HIV/AIDS diagnosis or individuals and families facing homelessness to any of our health, housing or prevention programs.  Victory Programs’ philosophy of individualized care across our services provides clients, residents and members the education, tools and ongoing support they need to help them regain their health, prevent and manage relapse and maximize their independence.  Victory Programs is accessible to all and we never refuse an individual or family in need due to inability to pay for services.
