The HOPWA Getting to Work Employment Initiative (GTW) was a year-long capacity building project that focused on increasing access to vocational services and employment for HOPWA program participants. Getting to Work was offered jointly by HOPWA National Technical Assistance providers Building Changes and Victory Programs, Inc.
