At the Boston Living Center, we believe in nutrition, access to healthy food, and education about cooking and eating healthy. We also believe food is a great way to build community, peer support, and social networks – all essential to HIV wellness.

The nutrition department at the BLC offers cooking classes, food demonstrations, food pantry referrals, and other food resources. Cooking classes are a fun way to learn how to plan balanced meals, gain new cooking skills, use healthy cooking methods, and practice food safety measures. Come cook with friends and get new recipes to try at home!
