EndHepCMA is a collection of community organizations, advocacy groups, direct care-providers, and individuals working together to garner the attention of policy makers and the public toward stemming the Viral Hepatitis epidemic in Massachusetts. The Coalition is currently organizing efforts around six primary areas: services and case management, harm reduction and prevention, screening, corrections, engagement awareness and empowerment, and insurance access.
If you are interested in joining, the Coalition has established two membership classes based on depth of involvement. You have the option to serve as a voting or non-voting member. Voting members are entitled to vote on any material dispersed on behalf of the coalition as well as decisions requiring coalition consensus. Voting members are required to serve on one of the five standing committees to maintain voting privileges. Non-voting members may participate in all meetings, and sign on with all Coalition correspondence but may not participate in the voting process—with the exception of elections.
