Mobile Prevention Team Services

Victory Programs Mobile Prevention Team works to improve health outcomes, reduce mortality, and enhance overall quality of life for all by seamlessly connecting clients to resources and knowledge through navigation, outreach, and education.

Free, confidential HIV, Hepatitis C, and STD Testing

We offer a judgment-free and sex-positive environment to provide serum (blood) testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis as well as urine and site-specific extra-genital testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea for individuals at increased risk for infection.

According to the CDC, this includes gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men, persons who use drugs, members of the transgender and gender-nonconforming community, and individuals who engage in sex work.

To make an appointment, email us at or call 617-927-0836 and leave us a voicemail. You can also text us at 617-519-6355.

Harm Reduction Counseling & Supplies

Our team is here to help you keep yourself as healthy as possible. If you have questions related to safe substance use or sex, we can help you develop the plan that works best for you. We also provide the following, free of charge:

Health Linkage & Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Support:

Our team of community health workers can also provide referral support and navigation to Primary Care, Mental Health Care, and STI treatment and more. Our designated PrEP navigator can get you connected to PrEP, often at no cost to you through enrollment in the PrEP Drug Assistance Program.

Transgender Peer Support Services:

If you are transgender, agender, non-binary, or otherwise gender nonconforming our peer Transgender Wellness Project staff can support you. We provide an array of services ranging from linkage to gender affirming health care, support around accessing hormone syringes, linkage to mental health services and more.
