Victory Programs provides innovative services to individuals and their families who are affected by alcoholism and addiction, and who have psychiatric and medical problems, especially AIDS/HIV disease.  Victory Programs promotes the successful reintegration of individuals into their communities through the achievement of long-term sobriety; the rebuilding of family systems; and stabilizing factors of housing, holistic healthcare, employment and community affiliations.

In addition to the following positions,
we are looking for per diem counselors to provide
substance abuse counseling for individuals and groups.

We are now accepting applications for the following positions:

Program Director
The LARC program has an opening for a Program Director. To be qualified, candidate must have a Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Education, Pastoral Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field; LICSW is preferred; or a Bachelors degree in these fields with extensive management and clinical training with a minimum of five years experience working with priority populations; must have experience with financial and contract management and must have the ability to supervise and manage both professional and paraprofessional staff; must also have strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
Accounting Manager
Our administrative office has an an opening for an Accounting Manager. To be qualified candidate must have a Bachelors degree in finance or accounting or three to four years experience in accounting with progressive responsibility; two years experience working for a non-profit or government agency is desired; candidate must have knowledge of accounting software and must be proficient in spreadsheet, word processing, internet, email and networking software; must have proven analytical and technical aptitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Clinical Director
Our LARC program has an opening for a Clinical Director. To be qualified. candidate must have an LICSW and must also have a Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work. Education, Pastoral Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field; or a Bachelors Degree in these fields with extensive management or clinical training and a minimum of three years experience in addiction recovery or AIDS client services; administrative and managerial experience in a community social action program, substance abuse treatment program, mental health or other similar and related organization; knowledge of community social services, health agencies, substance abuse services and mental health programs; demonstrated ability to work successfully in multi-cultural settings with diverse client population; strong organizational; writing and communication skills.

Our women's program, Women's Hope has an opening for a Clinical Director. To be qualified. candidate must have an LICSW and must also have a Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work. Senior Counselor
Our women's program, Women's Hope has an opening for a Senior Counselor. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelors Degree, LADCI, II or equivalents and at least three years of experience working in the field of addiction, HIV, and/or mental health; experience working with priority populations is preferred; must have very strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
Case Management Coordinator
Our supportive housing program, The Bobbie White House has an opening for a Case Manager Coordinator. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelors degree or four years of case management experience; five years experience in human services delivery; must have experience working with disabled, the elderly or the homeless population in a residential treatment setting is preferred; knowledge of treatment issues related to HIV including substance abuse, poverty and death is also preferred; one year or more of supervisory experience is required; must have strong written and communication skills.
Mental Health/Substance Abuse Coordinator
Our supportive housing programs has an opening for a Mental Health/Substance Abuse Coordinator. To be qualified, candidate must have a minimum of five years clinical supervisory experience in an outpatient or residential facility; LICSW is preferred; three to five tears experience working with clients with substance abuse, HIV and mental health disorders; demonstrated competence in service coordination and networking with human services and health care providers; must have strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
Housing Services Coordinator
The Center for Health and Wellness has an opening for a Housing Services Coordinator. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelors degree and three to five years of primary housing advocacy experience; experience with addiction recovery is preferred; a valid Massachusetts drivers license with a good driving record is required; must have strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Access, Publisher and the internet; must have demonstrated ability to work successfully in multi-cultural settings with diverse client populations.
Case Manager
Our supportive housing program, The Bobbie White House has an opening for a Case Manager. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelors degree and/or two years of case management experience; must have experience working in the field of addiction; must have strong written and communication skills; must have the ability to work independently yet always as a member of treatment team.
Case Manager
The LARC program has an opening for a Case Manager. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelors degree and at least two years of case management experience; experience working in the field of addiction and HIV/AIDS; demonstrated ability to work successfully in multi-cultural settings with diverse client population; strong organization, written and communication skills.
Counselor
Our men's program, New Victories has an opening for a Counselor. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelors Degree or a minimum of one year work experience in the field of addiction recovery with specific focus on counseling skills from a recognized program or course of instruction.
Weekend Resident Assistant
Our supportive housing program, The Bobbie White House has an opening for a Weekend Resident Assistant. To be qualified, candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent; one year of experience in health care or human services; must have the ability to handle multiple tasks without loss of efficiency; strong organizational and record keeping skills; sensitivity to the many facets of the residents lives including addiction and recovery, cultural heritage, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, medical and psychiatric conditions.   
Part-Time Evening Counselor - 16 Hours
Our LARC program has an opening for a Part-Time Evening Counselor. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelors Degree or a minimum of one year work experience in the field of addiction recovery with specific focus on counseling skills from a recognized program or course of instruction.
