Victory Programs provides innovative services to individuals and their families who are affected by alcoholism and addiction, and who have psychiatric and medical problems, especially AIDS/HIV disease.  Victory Programs promotes the successful reintegration of individuals into their communities through the achievement of long-term sobriety; the rebuilding of family systems; and stabilizing factors of housing, holistic healthcare, employment and community affiliations.

In addition to the following positions,
we are looking for per diem counselors to provide
substance abuse counseling for individuals and groups.

We are now accepting applications for the following positions:

Clinical Director

Masters Degree and licensure and three years supervisory experience and experience working in a substance abuse treatment environment.

Family Senior Counselor

LADC I, II or equivalents and three years experience working with priority populations; bi-lingual is preferred and a valid Massachusetts drivers license with a positive point rating of 99, 98 or 00 is also required.

Senior Counselors - Two Openings

LADCI, II or equivalents and three years experience working with priority populations; bi-lingual preferred.

Recovery Specialist/House Manager
LADC II, III or equivalents and one year experience working with priority populations; a valid Massachusetts drivers license with a positive point rating of 99, 98 or 00 is required. Candidate must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Case Manager/Recovery Specialist
LADCII, III or equivalents and at least two years of case management experience; must have experience working in the field of addiction and experience working with priority populations; demonstrated ability to work successfully in multi-cultural settings with diverse client populations; a valid Massachusetts drivers license with a positive point rating is also required. Candidate must have strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
Weekend Recovery Specialists - Two Openings
LADC II, III or equivalents and one year experience working with priority populations; a valid Massachusetts drivers license with a positive point rating of 99, 98 or 00 is required. Candidate must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Weekend Overnight Recovery Specialist
LADC II, III or equivalents and one year experience working with priority populations;  must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
