Victory Programs provides innovative services to individuals and
their families who are affected by alcoholism and addiction, and who
have psychiatric and medical problems, especially AIDS/HIV disease.
Victory Programs promotes the successful reintegration of
individuals into their communities through the achievement of
long-term sobriety; the rebuilding of family systems; and
stabilizing factors of housing, holistic healthcare, employment and
community affiliations.
In addition to

substance abuse counseling for individuals and groups. |

Director |
|
Masters Degree and licensure and three
years supervisory experience and experience working in a substance
abuse treatment environment. |

Family Senior Counselor |
|
LADC I, II or equivalents and three years experience working with
priority populations; bi-lingual is preferred and a valid Massachusetts
drivers license with a positive point rating of 99, 98 or 00 is also
required. |

Senior Counselors - Two
Openings |
|
LADCI, II or equivalents and three years experience working with
priority populations; bi-lingual preferred. |

Recovery
Specialist/House Manager |
|
LADC II, III or equivalents and one year experience working with
priority populations; a valid Massachusetts drivers license with a
positive point rating of 99, 98 or 00 is required. Candidate must have the
ability to lift up to 50lbs. |

Case Manager/Recovery
Specialist |
|
LADCII, III or equivalents and at
least two years of case management experience; must have experience
working in the field of addiction and experience working with
priority populations; demonstrated ability to work successfully in
multi-cultural settings with diverse client populations; a valid
Massachusetts drivers license with a positive point rating is also
required. Candidate must have strong organizational, writing and
communication skills. |
