Victory Programs provides innovative services to individuals and their families who are affected by alcoholism and addiction, and who have psychiatric and medical problems, especially AIDS/HIV disease.  Victory Programs promotes the successful reintegration of individuals into their communities through the achievement of long-term sobriety; the rebuilding of family systems; and stabilizing factors of housing, holistic healthcare, employment and community affiliations.

 

In addition to the following positions,
we are looking for per diem counselors to provide
substance abuse counseling for individuals and groups.

We are now accepting applications for the following positions:

Senior Counselor

To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelors Degree, and a minimum of three years of work experience in the field of addiction, HIV, and/or mental health; or a certificate from a recognized counseling program or course of instruction; knowledge of evidence based treatment models; knowledge of group facilitation skills;  must have very strong organizational, writing and communication skills.

Bi-Lingual Senior Counselor
To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelors Degree, and a minimum of three years of work experience in the field of addiction, HIV, and/or mental health; or a certificate from a recognized counseling program or course of instruction; knowledge of evidence based treatment models; knowledge of group facilitation skills;  must have very strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
Weekend Evening Recovery Specialists - 2 Openings

To be qualified, candidate must have a High School Diploma or its equivalent with a minimum

of one year of work experience in the field of addiction, HIV and/or mental health or a

certificate from a recognized program or course of instruction; experience working with

priority populations; demonstrated ability to work successfully in multi-cultural settings

with diverse client groups; must have the ability to work independently and cooperatively as

a member of a team; a valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a positive safe driving

record point rating is also required.
