Victory Programs provides innovative services to individuals and their families who are affected by alcoholism and addiction, and who have psychiatric and medical problems, especially AIDS/HIV disease.  Victory Programs promotes the successful reintegration of individuals into their communities through the achievement of long-term sobriety; the rebuilding of family systems; and stabilizing factors of housing, holistic healthcare, employment and community affiliations.

Shelter Manager
Our family shelter and transitional housing program, Portis Family Home has an opening for Shelter Manager. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelors degree and/or two years of human services management experience; strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of and experience with working with individuals with substance use disorders; ability to work independently and cooperatively as a member of a treatment team; a valid Massachusetts drivers license with a safe driving point of 98, 99, 00, 01, 02 or 03 is required.
Housing & Stabilization Specialist

Our family shelter and transitional housing program, ReVision House has an opening for a Housing & Stabilization Specialist. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with significant administrative experience preferred including networking; at least two years of housing advocacy experience; experience working with the homeless population; must have a valid Massachusetts drivers license with a safe driving point of 98, 99, 00, 01, 02, or 03; access to a car is required; current working knowledge of referral sources for housing, vocational and other relevant sources; sensitivity to addiction and recovery, cultural heritage, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, medical and psychiatric conditions.

Senior Counselor Supervisor
Our women's residential recovery program, Women's Hope has an opening for a Senior Counselor Supervisor. To be qualified, candidate must have a Masters degree in Counseling, Education, or Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field or a Bachelors degree in these fields with extensive management and clinical training; must have three years of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrated competence in service coordination and networking with other human services and health care providers; strong organizational,. writing and communication skills.
Senior Counselor
Our men's residential recovery program, Victory House has an opening for a Senior Counselor. To be qualified, candidate must have a Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Education or Rehabilitation Counseling or a Bachelors degree in these fields with extensive clinical training and a minimum of three years of working with priority populations; one year of clinical supervisory experience in a community social action program, substance abuse treatment program, mental health or similar and related organization is preferred; demonstrated ability to work in multi-cultural settings with diverse client populations; strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
Senior Counselor
Our women's residential recovery program, Joelyn's Family Home has an opening for a Senior Counselor. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelors degree and a minimum of three years of experience in the field of addiction, HIV and/or mental health or a certificate from a recognized counseling program or course of instruction; LADC1 and supervisory experience is preferred; knowledge of evidence based treatment models and group facilitation skills; a valid Massachusetts drivers license with a safe driving point not to exceed an 03 is required; demonstrated ability to work in multi-cultural settings with diverse client populations; strong writing, organizational and communication skills.
Substance Use Disorder Counselor - Sun-Thursday 3:30P-11:30P
Our men's residential recovery program, New Victories has an opening for a Substance Use Disorder Counselor. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of one year of counseling experience in the field of addiction, HIV and/or mental health or a certificate from a recognized counseling program or course of instruction; must have the ability to relate to clients in an instructive, supportive and compassionate manner; strong organizational, writing and communication skills is also required.
Substance Use Disorder Counselor - Tuesday-Saturday 4P-12A
Our women's residential recovery program, Joelyn's Family Home has an opening for a Substance Use Disorder Counselor. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of one year of counseling experience in the field of addiction, HIV and/or mental health or a certificate from a recognized counseling program or course of instruction; must have the ability to relate to clients in an instructive, supportive and compassionate manner; strong organizational, writing and communication skills is also required.
Case Manager
Our Supportive Housing Programs has an opening for a Case Manager. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelors degree or a minimum of two years of case management experience; experience in the field of addiction recovery; must have the ability to work independently and cooperatively; strong writing and communication skills.
Assistant Teacher
Our family shelter, ReVision House has an opening for an Assistant Teacher. To be qualified, candidate must have a High School Diploma or its equivalent; must have experience working in a childcare setting; bi-lingual/bi-cultural preferred; Infant Child/CPR and First Aid is required, must have the ability to lift at least 25 lbs; proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
Food & Supply House Manager
Our residential recovery programs has an opening for a Food & Supply House Manager. To be qualified, candidate must have a High School Diploma or its equivalent; a valid Massachusetts drivers license with a safe driving point of 98, 99, 00, 01, 02, or 03; basic knowledge of kitchen management and procedures to ensure safe and sanitary food preparation; ability to work independently and cooperatively as a member of a team; ability to relate to residents in an instructive, supportive and compassionate manner; strong organizational, writing and communication skills is also required.
Overnight House Manager
Our women's residential recovery program, Joelyn's Family Home has an opening for an Overnight House Manager. To be qualified, candidate must  have a High School Diploma or its equivalent; basic knowledge of home repair and maintenance; ability to lift up to 50lbs; a valid Massachusetts drivers license with a safe driving point not to exceed an 03 is required; ability to relate to residents in an instructive, directive, firm yet compassionate manner; ability to work independently and cooperatively as a member of a team; strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
Part-Time Housing & Stabilization Specialist

Weekend Overnight House Manager
Our women's residential recovery program, Shepherd House has an opening for a Weekend Overnight House Manager. To be qualified, candidate must  have a High School Diploma or its equivalent; basic knowledge of office and file maintenance; ability to lift up to 50lbs; ability to relate to residents in an instructive, directive, firm yet compassionate manner; ability to work independently and cooperatively as a member of a team; strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
Weekend Resident Assistant
Our women's residential recovery program, Women's Hope has an opening for a Weekend Resident Assistant. To be qualified, candidate must have a High School Diploma or its equivalent; strong organizational and record keeping skills; ability to work cooperatively as a member of a professional team; ability to relate to residents in an instructive, directive, firm yet compassionate manner; demonstrated ability to work successfully in multi-cultural settings with diverse client groups; proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel; strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
