Victory Programs provides innovative services to individuals and their families who are affected by alcoholism and addiction, and who have psychiatric and medical problems, especially AIDS/HIV disease.  Victory Programs promotes the successful reintegration of individuals into their communities through the achievement of long-term sobriety; the rebuilding of family systems; and stabilizing factors of housing, holistic healthcare, employment and community affiliations.

Program Director
Our men's program New Victories has an opening for a Program Director. To be qualified, candidate must have a masters degree in Social Work, Pastoral Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field or a Bachelors degree in these fields with extensive management or clinical training or a minimum of five years experience working with priority populations; demonstrated competence in service coordination and networking with other human services and health care providers; experience with financial and contract management; knowledge and experience in administration of a team effort including team building; familiarity with referral sources; and the ability to supervise and manage both professional and paraprofessional staff; demonstrated ability to work successfully in multi-cultural settings with diverse client populations; strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
Case Management Coordinator
Our Supportive Housing Programs has an opening for a Case Management Coordinator. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelors degree; a Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Education, Pastoral Counseling or Rehabilitation Counseling; LICSW is preferred; a minimum of three years of experience working HIV/AIDS disease; supervisory experience is preferred; must have reliable transportation in order to work at multiple sites; knowledge of treatment issues related to HIV; commitment to empowering persons living with HIV/AIDS; ability to work with and relate to residents in a helpful, compassionate manner; sensitivity to substance use disorders and recovery, cultural heritage, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, medical and psychiatric conditions; must have strong organizational and communication skills.
Housing Stabilization Specialist

Our family shelter, ReVision House has an opening for a Housing & Stabilization Specialist. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with significant administrative experience preferred including networking; at least two years of housing advocacy experience; experience working with the homeless population; must have a valid Massachusetts drivers license with a safe driving point of 98, 99, 00, 01, 02, or 03; access to a car is required; current working knowledge of referral sources for housing, vocational and other relevant sources; sensitivity to addiction and recovery, cultural heritage, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, medical and psychiatric conditions.

Substance Use Disorder Counselor - Tuesday - Saturday 4P-12A
Our women's program, Joelyn's Family Home has an opening for a Substance Use Disorder Counselor. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of one year of substance use disorder counseling experience in the field of addiction, HIV and/or mental health or a certificate from a recognized counseling program or course of instruction; must have the ability to relate to clients in an instructive, supportive and compassionate manner; strong organizational, writing and communication skills is also required.
Substance Use Disorder Counselor
Our women's program, Women's Hope has an opening for a Substance Use Disorder Counselor. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of one year of substance use disorder counseling experience in the field of addiction, HIV and/or mental health or a certificate from a recognized counseling program or course of instruction; must have the ability to relate to clients in an instructive, supportive and compassionate manner; strong organizational, writing and communication skills is also required.

Evening Resident Assistant/Driver - Monday-Friday 4P-12A
Our women's program, Joelyn's Family Home has an opening for a Resident Assistant/Driver. To be qualified, candidate must have a High School Diploma or its equivalent; strong organizational and record keeping skills; CPR certification and annual TB assessment; a valid Massachusetts drivers license with a safe driving point of 98, 99, 00, 01, 02 or 03 is required; ability to work cooperatively as a member of a professional team; ability to relate to residents in an instructive, directive, firm yet compassionate manner; knowledge of the addiction recovery process, or a willingness to acquire it within the first six months of employment; demonstrated ability to work successfully in multi-cultural settings with diverse client groups; proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Case Manager - Two Openings
Our Supportive Housing Programs has an opening for a Case Manager. To be qualified, candidate must have a Bachelors degree or a minimum of two years of case management experience; experience in the field of addiction recovery; must have the ability to work independently and cooperatively; strong writing and communication skills.
Part-Time Evening Resident Assistant/Driver - Saturday & Sunday 4P-12A
Our women's program, Joelyn's Family Home has an opening for a Part-Time Resident Assistant/Driver. To be qualified, candidate must have a High School Diploma or its equivalent; strong organizational and record keeping skills; CPR certification and annual TB assessment; a valid Massachusetts drivers license with a safe driving point of 98, 99, 00, 01, 02 or 03 is required; ability to work cooperatively as a member of a professional team; ability to relate to residents in an instructive, directive, firm yet compassionate manner; knowledge of the addiction recovery process, or a willingness to acquire it within the first six months of employment; demonstrated ability to work successfully in multi-cultural settings with diverse client groups; proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Weekend Nurse - 8 hours per week
Our women's program, Women's Hope has an opening for a weekend nurse. To be qualified, candidate must have an LPN or Bachelors/Associates degree in nursing with significant health education experience, preferably in HIV, viral hepatitis and STD's; possess a mind body approach to health and the ability to implement this philosophy; excellent training, presentation and public speaking skills; excellent writing and organizational skills; access to a car for local travel is also required. 
Weekend Housing Staff
Victory Housing at Warren Street has an opening for a Weekend Housing Staff person. To be qualified, candidate must have a High School Diploma or its equivalent ; experience in healthcare, human services or property management/hospitality; excellent customer service skills; proficiency in Microsoft  Office including Word and Excel; strong written and communication skills; strong organizational and record keeping skills; ability to work with and relate to tenants in a helpful and compassionate manner; ability to work cooperatively as a member of a Housing First team; demonstrated experience and competence in working with diverse populations.
Weekend Resident Assistant - Saturday & Sunday 4P-12A
The ReVision House family shelter has an opening for Weekend Resident Assistant. to be qualified, candidate must have a High School Diploma or its equivalent; strong organizational and record keeping skills; experience working with families with children; ability to work cooperatively as a member of a professional team; ability to relate to residents in an instructive, directive, firm yet compassionate manner; demonstrated ability to work successfully in multi-cultural settings with diverse client groups; proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel; strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
