Victory Transitional House is a supportive residential program designed to accommodate 6 single men living with HIV/AIDS and in recovery from substance use disorders. As with our Women's Hope Transitional Home, residents can remain in the program for up to two years. Through case management and addiction recovery support, the program seeks to empower each resident to maintain systems of support while preparing for independent living.
