Victory Programs’ has structured our service delivery system to best reflect our core mission and provide what people need most – health and housing.

Our Victory Housing division addresses the needs of homeless families and individuals, most of whom are also living with significant co-factors such as HIV/AIDS and mental health disorders. Many of the people sleeping under our roofs are also living in recovery from substance use disorders.

The goals of Victory Housing are to provide safe housing settings with appropriate supportive services, to educate clients to help them make choices that maximize health and overall well-being and to provide them with the supports and tools that move them toward increased independence and self-sufficiency.
