Victory Programs’ has structured our service delivery system to best reflect our core mission and provide what people need most – health and housing.

Our Victory Health division addresses the most pressing needs of men and women coping with substance use disorder. Many of our clients are also living with other significant medical conditions. The goals of our Victory Health division are to prevent and manage relapse, to educate clients on choices that will maximize their health and well-being and to promote self-sufficiency.
