As a part of our housing stabilization and recovery continuum, Victory Programs developed a variety of supportive housing programs for individuals and families addressing substance use disorders and in various stages of recovery.  These programs provide a wide range of case management and supportive services for people who are moving through recovery toward increased independence and housing stability.  Many of these programs are transitional in nature, providing shelter for residents who have participated in a recovery program and who are waiting for placement in permanent housing.  We also have created several permanent supportive housing programs for individuals and families where the head of household is in recovery and is living with HIV/AIDS or other chronic conditions.

Our Supportive Case Management and Housing Programs include The Portis Family Home, Our ReVision Family Home and Urban Farm, Victory Housing on Warren Street, our HPRP program, Women’s Hope and Victory Transitional Home.
