Victory Programs’ has structured our service delivery system to best reflect our core mission and provide what people need most – health and housing. Our array of programs allows us to provide a full continuum of housing services that meet many different needs.

We serve homeless individuals and families providing them with a safe place to live while they stabilize their lives and move toward increased independence and self-sufficiency. Our programs are tailored to address cofactors such as HIV/AIDS, mental health issues or other serious health concerns. Our Victory Housing Division provides transitional shelter and permanent housing situations for a wide range of populations. Our Victory Health Division allows people dealing with substance use disorders to access the appropriate type and level of care they want in whatever stage of recovery they are in.

Through our Technical Assistance Program (TAP) we provide housing providers and funders with services that help them remain ahead of the curve and ensure that they are delivering services as effectively and efficiently as possible. The TAP program serves 11 states including Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and West Virginia.

Victory Programs residential and treatment programs operate in 21 properties located throughout Boston and Cambridge (see where).
