Our Health, Wellness and Education Initiative provides a variety of services to Victory Programs’ residents and staff. Through this initiative residents and their families can receive HIV-case management, education and support services that help them learn about healthy living options that further enhance their stability.
Some of the specialized service and clinical supports this initiative provides to Victory Programs’ clients include:
• Coordinating HIV Case Management and Homelessness Prevention Programs
• Coordinating Substance Use Disorder Treatment in Supportive Housing
• Coordinating Social Work Intern Program
• Coordinating the Consumer Advisory Board
• Providing educational / vocational opportunities for clients and supplying fresh organically grown food
Victory Programs’ commitment to evidence-based practices also requires our staff to remain ahead of the curve on new or emerging care and treatment. Through our Health, Wellness and Education Initiative, all Victory Programs staff have access to technical assistance and core competency trainings as well as other educational opportunities that relate to our program services and mission.
