 WELCOME TO THE NEW TAP WEBSITE! The Technical Assistance Program, or TAP, located within the umbrella of services at Victory Programs Inc provides a variety of services across a broad geographic range. Working with local, state and federal government offices, TAP is formerly known as AIDS Housing Corporation, which merged with Victory Programs on July 1, 2009. Read more about the merger here. Our main focus at TAP is providing training and technical support to assist organizations as they navigate the programmatic demands and administrative requirements of serving people living with HIV/AIDS and/or those who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness.
